The Yoga Sanctuary has been training successful teachers for over 16 years. They offer many different Yoga Teacher Training Courses and are recognized as a Private Educational Institute. Aspiring Teachers can enroll in either the 7 months program, or the condensed 3 month intensive, Yoga Teacher Trainings. Both versions consist of 250 hours of faculty lead instruction and qualify for certification with Yoga Alliance. Also, they have a 300 hr Living Your Guidance: Yoga as Therapy program that qualifies for the 300 hour certification with Yoga Alliance. Already certified yoga teachers can choose from many tailored courses including Pre-Natal, Yin, Kids, Restorative, HypnoZen and Adapting Yoga ( suitable for seniors or chair ) to advance their skill set and practice!
