The Extension Room, located in downtown Toronto, is home to the Extension Method, Canada’s first comprehensive ballet fitness program. Designed by professional dancer, Jennifer Nichols, in 2003, the method features 9 classes targeting different aspects of fitness through adapted classical ballet technique. The Extension Method is much more than just ‘barre’. This is the COMPLETE ballet fitness workout.
