GOODBODYFEEL is a movement studio in Hamilton, where movement is about the feel, not the look. Their classes blend a variety of modalities, bridging pilates, functional movement, yoga and mindfulness. Their aim is to create safer spaces to build self-awareness, strength and community through accessible, inclusive and decolonized movement classes.
Their studio is radically community-centred and socio-politically engaged. They have daily classes that are offered on a sliding scale of $5-20. All classes are open level and their sequencing endeavours to help ALL bodies and abilities feel accomplished in their practice. Feel empowered, embodied and connected.
