David Good – David teaches yoga, pilates and is a personal trainer that brings to his clients and classes, a joy of movement in many forms to celebrate all the different bodies and abilities that show up each day. Offering rich alignment cues and a heartfelt sense of humour, he aims to create an inclusive environment that nurtures, educates and unlocks your hidden potential.
David teaches publicly at Octopus Garden, Toronto Athletic Club and Adelaide Club. He is also available for private and corporate classes.
