The Octopus Garden Teacher Training and Yoga Education program is a comprehensive curriculum divided into two segments: 200-hours and 300-hours. Each component may be taken individually or together as part of a one-year program of study. Begin with the fundamentals of self-practice and expand your teaching skills in the second segment. This rigorous program exceeds the highest standards of the Yoga Alliance. Their 200-hour Fundamentals session begins February and they accept applications up to mid-January. Octopus Garden is an accredited educational facility recognized by the federal government of Canada.
