Octopus Garden is a vibrant yoga and wellness centre that offers safe space for thoughtful practice, quality yoga education, vibrant community and transformation through yoga, meditation and complementary therapies. We have a robust and diverse drop-in class schedule and also offer pre-registered courses, workshops, and Yoga Alliance certified trainings. We offer beginners’ yoga, restorative yoga, aerial yoga, rope wall, sound baths, prenatal, parent and baby, and kids yoga. Our teaching faculty features some of the most experienced and highly sought-after instructors in North America.
